Shilpa Shirodkar: The Forgotten Star of  90s

Shilpa Shirodkar was one of Bollywood’s most popular actresses during the early 90s.

She made her debut in 1989 with the film "Bhrashtachar", starring alongside Mithun Chakraborty.

Shilpa gained fame with hits like "Hum," "Aankhen," "Pehchaan," and "Khuda Gawah."

Known for her beauty and screen presence, she was often compared to top heroines of her time.

She is the elder sister of actress Namrata Shirodkar and was a Miss India contestant too.

In 2000, Shilpa quit films after marrying banker Aparesh Ranjit, and moved to Dubai.

She made a comeback in Indian television in 2013 with the show "Ek Mutthi Aasmaan."
