You’ll need: – 200g Paneer (crumbled) – 1 small onion (chopped) – 1 small tomato (chopped) – 1 green chili (optional)

Spices & more: – 1 tsp oil or butter – ½ tsp cumin seeds – ¼ tsp turmeric – ½ tsp red chili powder – Salt to taste – Coriander leaves (garnish)

Step 1 – Heat & Sizzle

Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds → let them sizzle. Then add chopped onion & green chili. Sauté for 1 min.

Add Tomatoes & Spices

Add tomatoes → cook for 1–2 mins till soft. Now add turmeric, chili powder, salt. Mix well. Let the masala cook!

Add Paneer

Crumble paneer directly into pan. Mix well with the masala. Cook for 2–3 mins on medium flame.

Garnish & Serve

Turn off the flame. Sprinkle fresh coriander. Serve hot with roti, toast or pav.
